BASE (BioArray Software Environment) allows to manage the massive amounts of data generated by microarray analysis. BASE provides the capacity to generate information about experiments that is fully compliant with the MIAME guidelines. BASE manages Experimental information, raw data and images, and provides integrated and "plug-in"-able normalization, data viewing and analysis tools for spotted array data.
